Welcome to HireNudge.ai (“HireNudge”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HireNudge regarding your access to and use of the HireNudge website, platform, applications, software, products, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for, and using HireNudge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
1. About HireNudge
HireNudge is a career development platform designed to help individuals optimise and manage their job search journey. Through technology-driven tools and career-focused features, HireNudge assists users with resume building, resume optimisation, job matching, application management, interview preparation, career insights, profile enhancement, and other employment-related services.
HireNudge operates solely as a technology platform that provides informational tools and automation features intended to support job seekers. HireNudge is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing company, labour consultant, immigration service provider, or hiring organisation unless explicitly stated. Any employment opportunities, hiring decisions, interview selections, recruiter communications, or job offers remain solely under the control and responsibility of employers and third-party organisations.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Services, creating an account, uploading information, purchasing subscriptions, or otherwise interacting with HireNudge, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms. Your continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications made by HireNudge.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, company, institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using HireNudge, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and truthful.
HireNudge reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who provides false information or violates applicable laws or these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Services may require users to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. HireNudge shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Services, violate these Terms, or pose security risks to the platform or other users.
5. User Content
The Services may allow users to upload, create, store, submit, or share content, including resumes, cover letters, employment history, educational records, certifications, skills, professional profiles, career preferences, application information, and other related materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of all User Content submitted through the Services. However, by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant HireNudge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyse, store, reproduce, modify, display, and utilise such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that all User Content you submit is lawful, accurate, does not violate any third-party rights, and does not contain misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing material.
6. Artificial Intelligence Services and Transparency
HireNudge utilises artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, automated technologies, language models, and algorithmic processes to generate recommendations, insights, content suggestions, and career-related outputs.
These outputs may include resume enhancements, application suggestions, interview preparation content, career recommendations, job matching results, profile optimisation suggestions, and other employment-related guidance.
While HireNudge continuously works to improve the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated outputs, users acknowledge that AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable information. AI-generated content should be considered informational assistance only and should not be interpreted as professional legal, employment, financial, immigration, recruitment, or career advice.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving any content generated by HireNudge before relying upon it or submitting it to employers or third parties.
7. No Employment Guarantee
HireNudge does not guarantee employment, interviews, recruiter responses, job offers, salary increases, promotions, career advancement, visa approvals, immigration outcomes, or any specific professional result.
The Services are intended solely to assist users in improving their job search efforts and career preparation. Employment decisions are made independently by employers, recruiters, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and third-party organisations based on their own criteria and requirements.
Any testimonials, reviews, case studies, success stories, placement statistics, or examples displayed on the platform are illustrative in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
8. Automated Applications and Recommendations
Certain HireNudge features may automate portions of the job search process, including job recommendations, application organisation, profile optimisation, and application assistance.
Users acknowledge that automated recommendations are generated based on available information and algorithmic analysis and may not always accurately reflect a user's qualifications, preferences, eligibility, or suitability for a particular opportunity.
HireNudge does not guarantee successful application submission, employer review, interview invitations, recruiter responses, or hiring outcomes resulting from automated platform features.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing all application materials and verifying information before submission.
9. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payments
HireNudge may offer free and paid subscription plans. Certain premium features may only be accessible through paid memberships, subscriptions, or one-time purchases.
By purchasing a paid Service, you authorise HireNudge and its payment providers to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription payments, premium purchases, and service fees are non-refundable. Failure to utilise purchased Services does not entitle users to refunds or credits.
HireNudge reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, payment terms, feature availability, and billing practices at any time.
10. Recruitment Scam Awareness
HireNudge is committed to promoting ethical and transparent hiring practices. Users should be aware that HireNudge does not guarantee jobs in exchange for payment and does not authorise third parties to collect recruitment fees on its behalf unless such authorisation is explicitly disclosed through official communication channels.
Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify employers, job opportunities, recruiter communications, and employment offers before sharing personal information or making payments.
HireNudge shall not be responsible for losses, damages, fraud, scams, or disputes arising from interactions between users and third parties.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, software, source code, algorithms, trademarks, branding elements, graphics, user interface designs, databases, technology, and proprietary materials made available through HireNudge are owned by or licensed to HireNudge and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, republish, sell, license, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent from HireNudge.
12. Privacy and Data Processing
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your information in accordance with the HireNudge Privacy Policy.
HireNudge may process resumes, employment information, educational data, career preferences, profile information, and other submitted content for purposes including platform functionality, AI-powered recommendations, analytics, service improvement, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and user experience enhancement.
Certain information may be processed through trusted third-party infrastructure providers, cloud services, analytics platforms, payment processors, and AI technology partners necessary for operating the Services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
HireNudge does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Services and any decisions made based on information obtained through the platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireNudge, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.
This includes damages relating to loss of employment opportunities, hiring outcomes, recruiter decisions, salary expectations, data loss, service interruptions, inaccurate recommendations, technical failures, or unauthorised access to user information.
In no event shall HireNudge's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the user to HireNudge during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Refund
HireNudge may offer certain premium features, subscriptions, memberships, or paid services. Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform through any available free features, trial access, demonstrations, or introductory offerings before making a purchase decision.
Because users can experience and evaluate the platform before subscribing to paid services, all payments made to HireNudge are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
HireNudge does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
- Change of mind;
- Failure to use the purchased service;
- Dissatisfaction with hiring outcomes or employment results;
- User preference changes;
- Unused subscription periods;
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal; or
- Any other reason not required by applicable law.
By purchasing a paid service, users acknowledge that they have evaluated the platform and agree to this Refund Policy.
16. Termination
HireNudge reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, poses a security risk, or otherwise harms the platform or its users.
Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
17. Modifications to Terms
HireNudge reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
